  • Workmanship Defects: If any issues arise due to faulty installation by our team, we will rectify the problem at no cost to you.

  • Complimentary Repair Services: If any damage occurs to your Build it Brothers installation due to our workmanship or materials, we will provide complimentary repair services. This includes labor and replacement parts.

What is not covered?

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear: Expected wear and tear from regular use.

  • Misuse or abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or intentional damage.

  • Natural disasters: Damage caused by events such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.

  • Modifications: Alterations or modifications made to the installation by anyone other than Build it Brothers.

  • Improper care: Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance.
